1. Accepting these terms
By creating a QuickTask account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate details. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. One person should not run multiple accounts to abuse tasks or fees.
3. Micro tasks
Employers must fund a task before it becomes available. The employer pays a 10% QuickTask platform fee on the task funding. Workers pay no platform fee. A worker may submit a given task only once. Employers must review submissions fairly and may reject work that does not follow the instructions or proof requirement.
4. Earnings and withdrawals
Worker rewards are credited only after an employer approves the submission. The minimum withdrawal is ₦2,000 and you cannot withdraw more than your available balance. Withdrawals are reviewed and paid manually by the QuickTask team. Rejected withdrawals are returned to your balance.
5. Deposits
The minimum employer deposit is ₦5,000. Deposits are confirmed manually by QuickTask administration before your balance is updated. QuickTask does not currently process card or bank payments automatically.
6. Marketplace
Listings must be legal, accurate and yours to sell. On every marketplace order or booking the customer pays a 10% QuickTask fee on top of the listed price. The seller or service provider keeps their listed amount. The fee is calculated by QuickTask and cannot be altered by users.
7. Delivery and meetings
QuickTask does not provide delivery and does not arrange physical meetings. Buyers and sellers are fully responsible for delivery, pickup, meeting arrangements, service location and any related cost or risk.
8. Prohibited behaviour
Do not attempt to manipulate balances, fees or rewards, submit false proof, duplicate task submissions, access another user's records, or use QuickTask for fraud or any illegal activity. Accounts that do so may be suspended and funds withheld pending review.
9. Disputes
Report task or marketplace disputes to support. QuickTask may review submissions, orders and transaction records and may reverse or hold amounts where abuse is found.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as QuickTask grows. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
