Information we collect
Your name, email address, phone number, business name (for employers), your QuickTask ID, and the records you create on the platform: tasks, submissions, transactions, withdrawal requests, listings and orders.
How we use it
To run your account, show your dashboards, process task rewards, review deposits and withdrawals, and connect buyers with sellers on the marketplace.
Passwords
QuickTask never stores plain-text passwords. Authentication is handled by our secure authentication provider.
Who can see your data
Your private records are protected by database-level security rules. Other users cannot read your balance, transactions, withdrawal details or orders. When you place a marketplace order, the seller sees the details needed to fulfil it, and when you publish a listing you choose the contact details shown publicly.
Administrators
QuickTask administrators can review accounts, tasks, transactions, withdrawals, listings and orders to run the platform, confirm payments and resolve disputes.
Data retention
Financial records are kept for accountability. You can contact support to request removal of your account.
